Chef Diogo Rocha, a native of the region, is in charge of the kitchen of Mesa de Lemos, to carry out a project of sustainable cuisine based on national and seasonal ingredients.

 

The selection of ingredients is of the greatest importance: selecting only the best, going for pure flavours and surprising with beautiful presentations.

 

Since a very young age, Chef Diogo worked in the area of professional cookery, and he obtained different awards;
