400 g red beans;
200 g Cod Lugrade Loins;
200 g Cod Tongues;
200 g Cod Sounds;
100 g Cabbage;
100 g Carrots;
2 Garlic cloves;
Soak the beans overnight and after this procedure, bring them to boil in a pot.
Finely chop the garlic and the onions. Sauté everything in olive oil. Sliver the cod and add it to the previous sauté. Sauté everything.
Cut the carrots and the turnip into small pieces and add them to the sauté.
Add the cooking water from the beans and let it cook. Add the chopped cabbage and the beans and let everything cook for another 10 minutes. Season the soup by adding salt and pepper to taste. It is ready to serve.
