500 g Lugrade Soaked Cod Sounds
300 g ripe tomatoes
1 clove of garlic
30 g basil
200 g Lentils
100 ml olive oil
Start by cutting the cod sounds into strips.
In a pan, place the olive oil and the rolled garlic to sauté with the chopped onion and bay leaf.
Then add the tomatoes cut in pieces and cook over low heat.
After cooked grind everything very well and pass through a colander.
Add the cod sounds to this preparation and let it stew. Add the previously cooked lentils and season with salt and pepper.
Garnish with basil leaves.
