4 Lugrade cod loins

1 rosemary sprig

1 olive tree sprig

1 vine sprig


Start by placing the cod loins on a net.

Set the aromatic sprigs on fire in a heat-resistant bowl.

After the fire has gone out, cover the bowl with the net and let the cod smoke for a few minutes.
