Smoked Codfish with Olive Tree, Vine and Rosemary
Ingredients

4 Lugrade Cod Loins

1 rosemary sprig

1 olive tree sprig

1 vine sprig

Preparation

Start by placing the Cod Loins on a net.

Set the aromatic sprigs on fire in a heat-resistant bowl.

After the fire has gone out, cover the bowl with the net and let the Cod smoke for a few minutes.
